Before your baby is ready to start on solid food you'll want to make sure you are prepared with the right baby feeding products including bibs, a high chair, utensils, bowls, cups and more.
I started feeding my baby in her bouncy seat until she was able to sit up on her own. Then I had to go shopping for a good high chair. I like the modern styles that are easy to clean, have several chair positions and offer convenient features. I also like the booster seats and hook-on chairs that are portable and can be used in small spaces. I've added both to my high chair page with a focus on parents' favorites.

Here you will find sippy cups, baby spoons, plastic bowls and more including disposal baby dishes.

I've listed a number of high chairs, hook-on chairs and booster seats from the webs most trusted sellers.

Baby bibs are an essential part of feeding your baby. Often more food ends up on your baby than in your baby.

Everything you need to bottle feed your baby including bottles, sterilizers, warmers and cleaning supplies.

Breastfeeding should be as easy and as comfortable as possible. Take a look at our breastfeeding supplies.
I've added a variety of bowls, cups, spoons and more to my baby dishes page. Some people say that a small iced tea spoon is suitable for your baby's first meals but I think a rubber-coated or plastic baby spoon is safer for your baby's tender gums. I also got good use out of small plastic (unbreakable) bowls that had covers for taking food on the go. A microwavable bowl is preferable as your baby often won't finish a meal at one sitting. Some parents have said they like the bowls with suction cups on the bottom but I found that they didn't work as well as stated and my baby girl quickly learned how to pry the bowl up. Perhaps that is due to my stubborn little girl who never found a challenge she didn't like.
As for sippy cups.... Well, I suggest having several to many. Those little cups were always getting lost behind the couch, under the seat in the car, in the toy box, I'm still worried I'll find an old sippy lost behind some piece of furniture. And any parent who has lost a sippy cup full of milk or apple juice can tell you that you don't want to open that sippy after a week or so. After having to clean several sippy cups with an old toothbrush to make sure the thing was sanitary and still having an unpleasant odor that lingered, I learned to appreciate disposable sippy cups. We always kept a few sippies that I watched like a hawk, but the disposable sippies made my life much easier. You'll find several cups on my baby dishes page.
Finally, I have added a baby bib and burp cloth page. I'm a practical mom who prefers useful, long lasting products for my baby rather than the designer products, no matter how cute they are so I've added some great bibs to the bibs category below. Most of these are large, easy to clean, easy to get on and off your baby. I've also added some cute burp cloth sets. I think the most useful product I've added are cloth diapers. They are soft, absorbent and durable and I used them for every conceivable reason. For me they were burp cloths, towels, bassinet liners, car seat liners, mini blankets and more. I can't express how useful I found the cloth diapers even though I used disposable diapers to change my baby girl. Even if you are skeptical, buy them anyway, you won't be sorry.
