Toy Boxes, Chests and Nursery Storage

It seems we never have enough storage in every room in our house. The room that always needs new storage is our little girl's room. As she grows and grows out of her toys and acquires new ones we find that we need to find new containers for her many things. Plus, if we keep her toys in several different toy boxes, it is easier for her to find things and put things away. Storage is an absolute necessity in your nursery or child's room. There are many options for a nursery or child's room. You can choose different materials like wood, fabric or plastic. Storage isn't solved only with a toy box; you may want a bookshelf with wicker baskets or a chair with convenient pockets. It all depends on what will work for you and your child.

SAFETY ALERT - Using an antique chest or other box as your child's toy box may be inexpensive or look nice, but BEWARE. Many children have been injured or worse by using such furniture.
