Your guests are given a short string of paper clips or diaper pins when they walk in the door. Every time someone says "baby" any guest who hears it gets to take a diaper pin away. The person who ends up with the most diaper pins at the end of the shower gets a prize. The prize can be something simple like a jar of candy.
